Thank you for your response. I understand it would not be automatic. However, do you think I can try to extend via contacting UKBA? Any such situations that you are aware of ? Cause the application fee was not cheap anyway, do not want to spend the money in re-applying again .

Hi I had my appointmnet for SOPRA STERIA on 27th March which was cancelled due to COVID-19. I resceduled it to 15th April. Now the SOPRA page says UKVCAS will be closed. The question is - is either your or your spouse claiming any benefits? I might not be able to say applicant does not.. So I had to select either YES or NO.. as I do claim, I would say YES.. but is that correct?

Hi

My daughter receievd her british passport recently. However, I have not returned the BRP for more than 5 days now. Would it be a trouble if I return it now? and would they charge me £1000.00 fine for that?

Hi, I am currently in ILR and my Mrs will extend as PBS dependent. Previously my company used to show funds for my Tier 2 and family in the account as A* company. Thank you verymuch. that is unfortunate, cause she was in UK in Tier 5 YMS and visitor visa before that for 4 years :( .. My bad that I did not switch her to Tier 2 Visa

Thank you. It is not end of 2020, it expires on Feb 2020. She would eligible from Nov 2020 for ILR. Sorry about that, just double checked recently. Thanks for the advise. I have only this option, but is very expensive :(

Hello.. My child will be 3 years old this august. Can any doctor act as a second reference? There an A&E doctor who I and my family know personally. Can he act as a second reference. Both GP and Nursery disagreed to provide reference. Please assist

that should be great thanks. However the questions like Doctor's DOB, address lived in for last 3 years and nationality are not possible skip on an online application. Any advise on that please?
