The reasons given for your refusals can easily be put right, as you have already stated. Didnt you point this out, and sent the documents when you appealed?. hmm confusion prevails about 2 or 10.. all caused by vfs themselves!!! my understanding is vaf10 is to be used if both partners are applying for entry clearance at the same time. because section 7 refers to sponsor/husband as the main applicant. also 7.2 asks: are you accompanying ur sponsor or join...

If you have the money, then re-apply again, but there is a good chance that you can be refused again, thats another £515+ down the drain.
