Re: Naturalisation after getting PR

That being the case, you automatically acquired PR status sometime in December 2013. What you received in February 2014 was merely confirmation of that fact.

Re: Prove my wife treaty rights

if she has been in the UK since December 2008, and has not worked because she is a "full time mom", why did she only start claiming Child Benefit in February 2014? What proof is there that she has been in the UK since 2008? Are the two of you on the Electoral Roll? And have both been, since when? Do...

Re: Naturalisation after getting PR

I'm not required to apply for PR as I gain it automatically by law after 5 years of living and exercising my treaty rights.
Correct. So when did you actually start exercising Treaty Rights in the UK?

francis259, roughly how much are you earning? Gross, before deductions of tax and NI.

May 2013? Is that when you moved in?

Also as regards just Child Benefit, I query what you have posted. Child Benefit is claimed by just one person. If your wife is the CB claimant your name would not be on it.

razian97, sorry to hear about your baby's health.

But do appreciate that the term "Public Funds" does not include any of the things you mention, so no problem you accepting that "care package". Go ahead and accept, and get all the help you need.

I hope it all works out OK.

Re: EEA family permit needed ?

Any ideas about what would happen if she entered the UK with her Husband but returned to Germany after him ? Not a problem at all. If he is with her on entry her German-issued Residence Card will allow her into the UK. Then on leaving the UK it will not be a problem that he is not with her, and it ...

She does need a Schengen visa, and the application for that needs to be made at the Swedish Embassy. Have a look at their webpage.

entrepreneur123, you are a Director of your company? As a Director you are the holder of an office in the company, and income as the holder of an office is taxable under PAYE, in the same way as an employee would be taxed. Is a Director also an employee of the company? No, not unless they have been ...

Does a Divorce granted by Indian court valid in the UK? Yes, if the Indian Court is in India! However in this query, the OP posted "We got divorced at the London consulate of our home country rather than going to the English court.", and whilst that is no doubt recognised under Indian law, it is no...

Re: Travel to Schengen, without visa, for EEA-family members

But your spouse visa, issued under UK immigration law, is not a "Residence Card of a Family Member of an EEA National"! Such a Residence Card would be issued under EU regulations, but yours is not. Accordingly, dependent upon your nationality, you might need a Schengen visa in order to enter "Scheng...

Sorry to say, I do not think that makes any difference. Student finance is not within the definition of Public Funds.

Totally separate rules apply to who is, or is not, entitled to student finance, or entitled to pay just Home Fees.
