Re: Valid Passport but ID card Expiring

Hi, Just a quick question. I am applying next week for my wife's visa. She has a valid passport but the ID card is expiring in couple of weeks. Will this be an issue? In my opinion, it should be fine as she has a valid passport. Regards ID card is irrelevant. It is not an important question. You ca...

Re: Sister-In-Law Visa (husband out of work)

She has to provide substantial evidence to prove her ties to home country or country of residence. Without it, her application will fail. Hi CR001. Can you please advise what documents she can show? Her husband is in Oman and we can show that she was with him until this month and she will go back t...

Re: Sister-In-Law Visa (husband out of work)

Hi Wanderer,

thank you. I can see where you are coming from and it makes complete sense.

One question if you can possibly advise on:

If I am sponsoring the whole trip. Does it matter if my sister-in-law's husband provide his employment letter or not? and his bank statements?

Thanks
Nabeel

English Language

Hi Members,

Sorry if this is already answered by yourselves. My friend has asked me the question so I thought I ask your opinion...

He has ESOL Level 3 CEFR B1 taken in July 2013 which he used to gain ILR.

Will this be enough for English Language requirement?

I will appreciate your help.

Thanks
