Re: Travel Experience before 3months Entrepreneur Visa Exten

I was not worried of 180days/year rule but as a precaution to avoid the immigration entry questions.however, I'm an entrepreneur and have valid visa plus exploring the opportunities in other countries too.

Re: BR Code Employee

On BR code full salary is taxable and no basics exemption allowed so that's the reason people are reluctant to have 2nd job full time.

Re: Employee contract

Hi Zimba88 You are perfectly right,we have to focus on Appendix A documents as decision would be made on the required documents.I will second that most of the refusals on this forum of not submitting the required documents. I think we have to make a list of appendix A documents and tick each item/cr...

Duplicate Payslips

Hi
How to get the duplicate payslips? Is it simply the payslip printed on plain paper colour printing or pre printed payslip paper.
I'm confused as my accountant gave me the payslips printed on plain paper.

Re: Employer liability insurance

It was mentioned at genuine entrepreneur test to check the insurance or accreditation plus it is written that decision would be made on the basis of provided documents.
So on the basis of this information I am of the opinion to send insurance policy too.

Re: Director's Loan issue

Thanks Zimba88, I will definitely use business solicitor but some times they just consider standard requirements not home office.like accountants doing a standard set of accounts while home office wants specific documentation

Re: Director's Loan issue

Can some one share the director's Loan template so that we can cross check to avoid any error or mistake.Because home office is efficient to refuse extension just because of minor errors.

Zimba88 is right if the director salary is from profit it will not affect the directors loan account.you can not draw salary if you are in loss.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension business office

Hi
Those applying for extension are using home as business address or have rented office and submitting rental agreement along with visa application.

My second question is if business in profit then director can draw the salary or not.

Hi zimba888
Are you sure that there is no requirement for business office.did you check the application form? Schedule 3a or b to show about business address.also if we have staff where they are sitting at home.
