Re: Regarding dependant Tier 2 Extension from India

1. Appendix FM is not applicable in OP's case but the "intention to live together in the UK" applies to every dependant, irrespective of the immigration category. 2. If the spouse is not employed in India it is unlikely that a visitor visa application will be granted. A visitor visa application by d...

Re: child under 12 years for ilr

If you don't have the necessary documents with you that you need to submit in an ILR application then there is no point in applying in-person. The application will be deferred and you will end up wasting money paid for an in-person application. I believe the application fee effective on the date on ...

Re: PBS ILR refused postal application and interview

OP, If your leave has expired, Submit an AR. Don't expect that the outcome will change - this is only so that you can extend legal stay under section 3c for some time. While the AR is in progress it will give your potential Tier 2 sponsor(s) to conduct RLMT and issue you a CoS. Your legal stay will ...

Re: ILR LR refused because employer did not pay tax

UKVI could allege that the employer issued you fraudulent payslips / P60s - because the figures on the payslips / P60 that the employer gave you do not match the figures the employer submitted to HMRC through PAYE. Do remember - anyone can print payslips / P60 / P45 using (readily available) commerc...

Re: Long Residence (10 years) SET (LR) applications

Do you have it in writing that the judge extended your leave under section 3c upon receiving an out of time request for permission to appeal in the UT? Or are you assuming that because an out of time request for permission to appeal in UT was accepted means that your section 3c leave was resurrected...

On what date did you receive the refusal letter in June 2009?
On what date did you apply again after that (that led to leave being granted in October 2009)?

Re: ILR Tier 1 Gen Help

Tax Overview Documents clearly shows the total tax paid. Does that not indicate approx how much amount you have earned . So , if my tax Over view documents say I have paid tax of £7K for that year, do you guess the income was less than £10K . Use a bit of logic and you can easily say it some where ...
