PEO premium service HELP

Managed to get an appointment for premium service....my questions:

1.Do we get a receipt once we paid for the premium service at the PEO? I am planning to claim the cost back from my employer so would need a receipt.

2. what if you dont turn up? Is there a penalty fee?

Is there a way to get premium appointment earlier than 42 days??? through a solicitor or someone else?? I am still not able to get premium appointment online...it says no dates available.....HELPP!

Is the stated 4 weeks includes biometrics as well?? I have never had my biometrics done before.....the only worry is I have to travel in July so I guess I have to take that risk....what do you guys think?

@WRS ...if they are taking 3 months for processing wont it be better to apply early as by the time they make a decision would probably be in June or July which would mean I would meet the ILR requirement. I am planning to travel in July
