Is there anyone else here who had experience of asking for a courier pickup after they have applied.

Have you included self addressed envelope. i didn't do it and i am worried about looming postal strike. i haven't received the reference number yet, once i receive it i will probably ask for courier pickup.

but this condition does not apply for extention cases. so anyone who has applied for tier 1 before the rule change can extend their visa on old rules.

I didn't attach self addressed envelope and i am feeling bad about atleast if i have done that for special delivery it is handled slightly better than other post. Homeoffice uses normal recorded delivery, but imagine if it gets stuck at the bottom of the pile and it takes weeks to clear that because...

Yes "gotcha" is right. i have checked royal mail website at 9 AM in the morning and it confirmed that my application is delivered and then i checked the available credit on my credit card and saw they have taken the money. It does take 3 working days to appear as a transaction but your credit is red...
