Do the airline staff have access to the passport database? Was it because the system is not updated? Do you know the reason? Is it best to wait few months before travelling on the new passport?

Relax. Nothing would happen. You can ignore the ticking instruction Jambo I also think it might not be important if you are applying through NCS as they just include all the necessary documents anyway. But I am applying soon and as I still have the opportunity to tick them can you please suggest wh...

Ticks on Page 17 (Last page)-form AN-SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

Hello members Just noticed the small print on the last page saying “ tick to indicate the type of evidence you have enclosed. ” Till now the page appeared to be just an instruction page about what evidence to include but on close read today I found this. Now everything is straight forward except the...

Cheques are being phased out because they need to 'clear' (3-5 working days) so I imagine they're not so popular. Cheques are NOT being phased out. :x Ayyubi72 Did you pay be cheque or anyone you know who paid by cheque? The only reason I am so concerned is because the new language requirement rule...

Re: FPN's vs PCN's

The one's issued by Parking wardens are the PCN's which you racked up multiple times. Ignore those. FPN is the one from the Traffic Camera. Mention it in the Form. cheers vr Thanks again VR You gave me a big shock when you said the penalty I got from camera was a FPN. Luckily I found that notice at...

Re: FPN and many PCN's

Imran 22, Since you have a clear year without FPN you can apply but disclose the past FPN on your application to avoid being rejected on the ground of deception. Ignore the PCN's and make sure you do not get any more. I presume you settled all the above without any going to court. Good Luck vr Than...

UKBA tolerance to mistakes from Referees

Hello Members How tolerant UKBA is on mistakes committed by the referees? Just spotted that one of my referee put the date of the signature as 3rd OCT 2013 and according to the guideline they should have put 03/10/2013 instead. Email was also written in lower case which might be acceptable? Anyone i...

As I am applying just before 28th O...
