Strong invitation letter is a good idea i feel. You may need to state a very good reason why you are planning to get back to india..If you have resigned your job, enclose the relieving letter.

better get a letter from company stating the break. Also mark clearly the salaries credited by your company in your bank statements. Most important mention in Part 7 section very clearly about your slipt and that you have enclosed letter from company etc etc.

Mayursha.. its sad to hear... I had a question.. The maintenance funds required for the dependant was maintained for 3 months? bcos you havent mentioned about it in your post.. As far as the evidence for marriage is concerned, the docs that u submitted must have been enough... I never knew that wife...

Are you currently working for another employer? If so then there is no need to show ur pf earnings i assume, you can as well show your payslips from current employer + remaining payslips from previous employer (supported by bank statements) if you are applying in october. Yes, earnings via pf cannot...

Son of Soil....ok... i guess i understand your query.... As per the rules, I think you cannot support wife's tier 1 dependant visa based on your joint account with your dad. If you and your wife had joint account then that would have been valid.... Your wife's visa was not rejected bcos of logo.. it...
