Re: ILR on Ten Years Long Route

Thanks. Why you want to apply on the 26th June. You can apply now on the basis of 28 days. Yes they may charge you extra of uploading the documents. If already uploaded then dont think so.

What documents have you accumulated including for supporting documents for staying here.

Thanks

Re: ILR on Ten Years Long Route

The is no "law" that says you must apply 28 days before. Let me clarify more, I came to UK on the 30th June 2009. Now I would apply for ILR within the 28 days of 30th June. Let say I submit online application on the 6th June 2019 which comes within the 28 days. My query is in this case, what should...

Re: ILR Long ten years route

Thanks Casa! Why isn't your wife able to apply for FLR(M)? Actually I am on student status and we both are not earning £18600. Someone advised me if we are not fulfilled the £18600 criteria, then the wife has to go for ten years route. I am very confused and have no idea which visa my wife would app...

Re: Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa

Thanks. I am just confused about the below statements. If you could clarify this, I would be grateful. You must meet all of the Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) visa’s eligibility requirements. You can’t switch to this visa if you’ve already had a visa under one of the following categories: Tier 1 (Po...

Thank you so much! Yes, everything has been organised including family ties and finances plus properties. People are suggesting that mention as minimum stay as you can but genuinely I need them for minimum 8 weeks for care and support.
