Re: Workpermit over HSMP Tier 1 visa

As mentioned by aspirant, your Tier1 will be overwritten by your work permit. If I were you, I will never trade Tier1 with WP no matter what. Hi, I've a valid HSMP Tier 1 Visa. But my employer wants to send me to uk on a work permit visa. What will happen to my hsmp visa in that case. Will it be vali...

Re: Adminstration Review vs Reapplying

Sorry to hear about your refusal. But I think the refusal is inline with the published guidelines. You MUST provide stamped+signed payslips if you are taking an online printout irrespective of the coloured logo etc. Hi All, I have applied recently for Tier 1 General and I got a EC refusal letter in ...

Re: Can ILR be rovoked because of forged scam esol certific

I "think" even citizenship can be revoked. Hello, A friend of mine was silly and gained his esol citizenship certificate fradulantely and paid for it. He lied to his wife and told her he had gained it legally and did the course. He left his wife once his ilr was granted as he only married he to gain...

Re: Wrongly stamped TIER 1 Visa as TIER 2 Visa

All stamps/remarks in your passport should be in accrodance with Tier1. If some remarks are stamped/written by mistake in your passport, they will be remove. I think it may take less than 2-3 weeks(as per some of the thread in this forum). Thanks chetanojha !!! I got a return document packet with T1...

Re: Wrongly stamped TIER 1 Visa as TIER 2 Visa

Irrespective of what Tier-1 looks like, if you have applied for Tier-1(G) then your passport should be stamped with Tier-1G. It seems VFS/BHC guys had made mistake in stamping your passport. They should correct it without much fuss. I have applied TIER-1(General) visa at 22 June 2010. I got my passp...

You "must" not send/receive somone else's or your passport to another country by courier/post. It is a criminal offense. Unless the passport holder is carrying it with him it is not legal to even carry someone else's passport in another country. My ILR is due in August. My dependants are going on ho...

You cannot just walkin to the Home Office. You must have appointment in order to apply in-person.
