Tax letter e.g. P60, Saral, employer letter are all considered from One source. You can use them along with Bank Statement. But You have to make sure you are claiming for the exact period as it is covered by your tax document. I would recommend to use paylsips or employer letter along with bank stat...

If they want to reject your application in some or other way, they can always come up with some or other thing. But as per the policy guidelines you need payslips /employer letter + bank statements [ofcourse you can use varierty of evidences like dividend vouchers etc] to prove your earnings. I woul...

Re: Application Confusion - Payment Not Taken, Recorded Deli

Before starting to Panic, better wait for the delivery to arrive. Hi all - am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and can give me an idea what could be up? ILR application received by UKBA 8th June, 2010 No money taken, bank confirmed no attempts have been made to take the money up to t...

As aruni mentioned nobody can predict what checks will be carried out for an application. It horses for courses. Besides, if your documents are genuine, you don't have to worry about whether they phone, email or visit your employer to verify the authenticity of the document. this is the policy.. wha...

As far as I know yes. They corroborate net earnings mentioned in payslips/employer letter with the amount deposited in your bank. But they can always call your employer to check your gross earnings. Dear Chetan Thanks for the reply. I am also curious about how they actually assess the earnings. Sinc...

Re: Can both Husband and Wife apply for Tier-1 independently

Why not? You have to pay twice the application fees. Hi all! Does anyone know if it is possible for a husband and a wife to each apply for separate tier 1 , general migrant visas? My wife and I can both qualify on our own. We are planning that both should apply separately and if one partner is findi...

Re: DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENED?????

It seems your dependent's application has been refused by mistake. I would appeal against the decision. It is quite common that BHC overlooked evidences and rejects the application. You can appeal against the decision. But if you want your wife to join you quickly it is better to reapply. I have a t...

Re: worked for 2 companies earning confusion

a. You have to atleast get the details of the months you are using for earnings. Download below template from here : http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/928/employeeletter.png b. Letter from your employer must corroborate your bank statement. So if your bank statement shows Saudi Riyals then your em...

Re: ILR without letter from employer

Yes you are right. I have got ILR without employer letter. My ex-employer refused to provide me letter. The only differnce I can see is that I was on Tier-1 at the time of my ILR. Having said that, I am not convinced why HO will need letter from employer knowing that after getting ILR person would n...

Re: ILR without letter from employer

Employer letter is required only to confirm/verify that you were holding a valid WP during your 5 year stay in UK. As long as you have all P60's you are fine. All P60 will show that you were employed in UK for the said period. When I applied for my WP, my ex-employer refused to provide any help. I s...

If I have letter from employer and bank statements do I need to submit salarey slips? No If a letter from employer is submitted without salary slips, should it contain the details...

You can do that as long as you have enough funds in the bank account i.e. either individual or combined sum.

I wouldn't worry much about it as you were not convicted by court. Policeman can fine you any reason. You might have received phone call for your wife's delivery etc etc. Unless you are convicetd by court, you are free to apply for ILR. You can obviuosly mention this in your application and be hones...

Re: offence declaration for ILR application - URGENT PLEASE

It depends on your need. If you manage to get appointment and are confident to represent your case, then by all means I would advice to go in person. This will save you solicitor fees which starts from £500 (in london). You will still have to provide all your documents to solicitor. Applying in per...
