Appreciate the fact that there are other categories that use premium services. I was just wondering out loud, in surprise, that the volume is huge to justify a potential new centre.

New PSC at Victoria, London

All I received a survey questionnaire from UKVI on their performance, fees and such. Towards the end, there was a question about how likely I will be to pay £500 on top of the application fee for a premium service centre in Victoria, London. Apparently, they are looking at the option of opening an a...

Re: Dividends and Tax

@UKTAN I had posted my ILR experience on a separate thread http://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-success-at-psc-limited-company-director-t203591.html The CO kept all the photocopies I had submitted except for SA302. They returned both the original and photocopy. You can dis...

Re: Dividends and Tax

UKTAN As everyone concerned seemed to have missed that "urgent money", it is no skin of HO's teeth if there are other transactions on your company's account. They will only look out for what you have declared as dividend and salary and identify those transactions in your bank statements. With regard...

@nut_cracker18
If you have all your tax status in good order, then you can include the SA302 and P60s as additional documents. I don't believe they are mandatory.

Best wishes for a successful outcome!

Re: Dividends and Tax

@UKTAN From what you have shared, the CO is simply asking to verify your past 15 dividend amounts and cross check with personal and business bank statements to ensure it matches. If you have made any errors, then it is too late to correct so don't worry about sending additional documents which would...

Re: On Tier1 General (Limited Company) - No work

MrXYZ I went through a similar thing where I had no work for nearly 1 year and was fortunate to find a contract at the right time which paid me enough to make the income threshold in Feb for my ILR. Lots of sleepless and fitful nights, so I understand what you must be going through. For your case, i...

If you had gone through this during your initial Tier2 application then it doesnt matter. Even otherwise, it shouldn't matter as you are picking the same university only

If all the 3 choices are providing 10 points then it doesnt matter. You have gone through this when you got your Tier1 for the first time. So, don't worry about it.

Best wishes!

Re: ILR Success at PSC - Limited Company Director

Hi @Saneej4u I would say yes to that question but back it up with a sound explanation. The fact is you have filed amendments for certain reason and that has to be stated as otherwise they will not only catch you on the amendments but also for wilful non-disclosure. Practise with your accountant or s...

Casa
Thank you for the quick response. Does it mean, everytime I update my timeline it will create another post? Is that how it works? Can I delete my old post in such a case?

Apologies for so many questions

How to edit Timeline posts?

Hi
Appreciate if anyone can help me show how to edit the posts in the Timeline topic. I only get an option to "quote" and it doesn't have the "edit" option available for me to update my post on timeline.

Thanks in advance

Re: ILR Success at PSC - Limited Company Director

Hi Sharmao The questionnaire would be applicable for you as you are a limited company director. But, where the query is about your SA filing for past years, you don't have to choose any as you were under full time employment. There is an option to select Not registered as self-employed. Leave the re...

I didn't provide any evidence for my absences (as limited company director). My cumulative total was just under 180 days over the 5 year period.

Sheffield PSC worked well for me.

UK Born Child but without any nationality

Hi I had recently acquired my ILR and looking to register my 2 children born in the UK for British Citizenship. All along I was under the impression that I need to fill out MN1 form but reading the guide for that has confused me. It said, "1.9 Enter the child’s present nationality. If an application...

I don't know that...but if you have got your tax history from HMRC then that should give you a clearer picture for you to make the determination in your application.

Hi Jacob123 Here is what I believe the answers are for some of your queries - 3. Section 6.1 - You should mark the date of your first entry on Tier 1 visa if thats what you are going to base your ILR application on. I don't believe it matters if you had been in the country before that as you are not...

Re: ILR Refused 322 (2)

@mian1
Just call up HMRC and request your employment history if you have been working as a full time employee or ask for SA302 if you have filed Self Assessment in the past.

You would get it in 5 to 10 working days by post. I got my SA302 and PAYE within 7 working days

Best wishes!

Re: Passport Stamps / E-Tickets conundrum

the_searcher one last post on this from me - You were clearly away from UK on the said date. If I were you, I would simply mention the dates in the entry and exit column and leave it at that. Given that you have no proof of the date of entry in HK, then there is nothing you can do about it. There is...
