Yes you need to.. There are some cases which are rejected because they do not have any signature on them.

Well if this is the case.. there is no need to apply for Tier 1 General out of country after all .. I know that , there are many applications which are not approved till now, even they were applied in November , including me.. Since it is not rejected yet .. i am hoping it will be approved in follow...

Answer is No. You need 80+20 to be eligible for applying "TIER1".. There is no HSMP visa anymore..

why to be so suprised.. i am just glad it is not like £10.000 or something like that.. they would easily shut down all that immigration service if they don't earn that much ..
It is basically not for our profit as an immigrant but for governments favour.
