i applied for my boyfriend from gambia to have a 6 month visit visa but was refused both times as they didn't think he would return. my thought now is to try for a fiance or marriage visa however in the previous applications i didn't say he was my boyfriend so will the new visa application look fals...

we put our appeal notice in on april 1st and we get out appeal NOTICE on 7th october, however they told me it can be up to 3 months after that till you go to court. does anyone else know this?
