Re: Same sponsor, different role

2. The duration can be anything. Your employer can put the duration he wants.
Are you saying, there's no problem mentioning start/end dates for a period more than 6 years in the COS ?

Re: Tier 2 General Depended Visa-Company Name Changed

Has the change of name informed to UKBA through the SMS. Has HO confirmed acceptance of the change without the need to renew the licence? If so, then get a letter from the company stating the old and new name and certifying that the change of name without a new licence has been approved by HO. Hi, ...

Re: General advice needed (Off-topic)

The list you linked is huge and going through them one by one contacting them individually seems to be a very inefficient way of going about it. It's not inefficient, you just have to think outside the box. As commented by CR001, it depends on your skills and job you are looking for. For a start, g...

1. No change, as long as its the same SOC with the same employer even if you're promoted to a senior level. 2. you don't need to report any changes if you're given a pay rise, the important thing is your salary should NOT go below the minimum threshold in the SOC guideline. 3 & 4. No consequence wha...
