Bank statements

dont stamp or sign pint out statements:

You can take out a print out of Home office docs on which it is written you need to submit stamp and sign print out and Talk to Bank Manager

you can also go to different branch and some time other employees can be helpful.

I think you should present your case as you are employee of your own company. But take all your company docs as a back up.

I don't think Home office will ask your company docs if you have taken PAYEE salary and no dividend.

Any way let me your experience please.

I need your suggestion. Going to apply for ILR 2013. but I have not earned any salary after my first renew of Tier-1 (2009-2010). But had sufficient salary for second renew and now for ILR.

Do you think Home office is interested in 5 year Income history or the current year for ILR.

Tier 2 sponsor licence

Correct me if I am wrong that I can transfer from PBS dependent to Tier-2 visa even If Tier-2 employer is my husband company.

The idea behind this is in case my husband visa which is tier-1 is not renewed then he can be my dependent (Tier-2 dependent). Hope it make sense.
