Hi

i am going to apply my wife visa ( pbs dep) for extension
i hv two daughters British passport holder
i also holding British passport as well

How did you get to this date??

You stated her original visa issue date was 24 October 2013. If you minus 28 days, it is not 1st August.
So when she can apply her ilr which date please under new rules of pbs dependant

She can apply within 28 days before her visa issue date. The rules changed in January for PBS dependents. She still has a shortfall though. Its mean she can apply on 1 Aug 2018 Even there is short of 4 months complete the 5 years She even came late in uk when she got her visa first visa stamp on he...

your case is decided on ( Track - Decided: AUGUST 9 2017) it will come with in 10 days but i rec after the ten 10 days wait till tomo means 29/08/2017 , its bank holidays so that why its delay home office send by second class
