Apply for an extension and when she qualifies for ILR, apply to vary her PBS dependent extension.

How did you get to this date??

You stated her original visa issue date was 24 October 2013. If you minus 28 days, it is not 1st August.

So when she can apply her ilr which date please under new rules of pbs dependant

She can apply within 28 days before her visa issue date. The rules changed in January for PBS dependents. She still has a shortfall though.
