Re: I need help with some questions.

Hi
I have a friend in the same position as you.
His refugee passport expired two years ago and he did not renew. Did you proceed with your application?
Which identity documents did you submit with your application?

Do you have to take supporting documents with you for the biometric appointment or is uploading at home sufficient?

Re: Appeal Success

Unbelievable! What a nightmare
The IAC customer service gave this email address to chase visas after appeals have been allowed
Not sure if you’ve tried this already

Re: EEA QP

Would it be safe to ignore this letter as even the EEA QP application form does not have a section for biometric signature unlike the EEA FM form.

Please could someone confirm whether an Eu national applying for a registration certificate has to do biometrics because my friend from Belgium received a biometrics letter and her husband who applied EEA FM received one too.

It was for settlement applications for her two children in Ghana that was originally refused in 2017. Since receiving the determination from the tribunal she has not heard anything. Is there...

New Application Form

I've noticed a new PR application form out today. Can the old one still be used and accepted like up to the end of the month? Or is it compulsory to start using the new form immediately?

Re: Payment Options

Does anyone know if it's possible? So £65 postal order for the EU member and debit card details for the non EU member. So complete two separate payment forms and enclose them in the same envelope with just one PR application form?

Payment Options

Can someone pay using two methods?
It’s actually EEA PR for EU national and non EU family member. They are using the same application form.
And if possible should two payment forms be submitted?
