Hi Guys,

I have got my ILR August 2011 and I'm going to Submit for neutralisation next august or September.
Im facing a risk of redundancy so do you advice me to register and claim for JSA or better not to do it?

as far as i know I can make copies of my passport and certify them and send to the HO instead of sending my original passport...
so what my query is do i have to copy each page in my passports or just related pages such as pages has visas or work permit sticker or stamps

Hi there, I have got my ILR (5 years work permit) in august 2011 and I'm looking to submit for my citizenship next august... I have two queries if any one can answer me please: 1- I'm married outside of the UK but I have been living in the UK alone without my wife... should I declare this in any way...

I had one FPN and got ILR last august ....
dino 99 can you please give details when you have got ur FPNs ???
I believe if you have them over long period of time it should be ok ...

have you tried to explain all to your employer ? also could you please tell when your work permit finishes ! ... and when you are going to submit for ILR ... if your employer doesnt want to change your salary which is absolutly unfair then yes I would recommend you to go to a good solicitor and see ...

I believe you should explain to your employer the situation and tell that you won't be able to continue working with them or to stay in the country if your salary will not be at the level stated in code of practice ... if you think to get a letter from employer with another job title then you should...
