I suppose to submit for my citizinship application next september and I want to ask about my old passport I have renewd it in 2009 (I have been in the country since 2006) I have lost the old passport after I granted my ILR which is on my new passport. is it necessary to send the old passport to home...

as far as i know I can make copies of my passport and certify them and send to the HO instead of sending my original passport...
so what my query is do i have to copy each page in my passports or just related pages such as pages has visas or work permit sticker or stamps

regarding passport certifying coopies: do I need to certify each page of my two passports or only the related pages ?

have you tried to explain all to your employer ? also could you please tell when your work permit finishes ! ... and when you are going to submit for ILR ... if your employer doesnt want to change your salary which is absolutly unfair then yes I would recommend you to go to a good solicitor and see ...

I believe you should explain to your employer the situation and tell that you won't be able to continue working with them or to stay in the country if your salary will not be at the level stated in code of practice ... if you think to get a letter from employer with another job title then you should...
