what was your route ? if your route allows priority application use it The OP had already submitted their ILR application :!: OP can submit a new application as well :-) and withdraw old one and claim refund on old application :-) Am I right or wrong dear ? We are here to help and share not to act ...

11 working days BRP not received

I have not received brp after 11 working days of approval letter.

I know I can report it online but reading thru forums I can see they take ages to reply.

Has anyone been in similar situation and got it quickly ? help appreciated

Anyone facing delay in BRP ? I received approval letter dated 24/01/2020 still no sign of brp. Just now called DX and they confirmed nothing in my name yet

My friend recently got ILR T1 5 year route, his dependants are still on T1 Dependent route visa valid til aug 2020. dependants will apply visa ILR in july 2020


Can they travel ?

You will apply for dependants extension as you would normally do along with your application, your T1 based (your company documents) will be replaced by your ILR. Yes you need to show maintenance for the family reset experts can tell you

zimba cant we do anything about inhuman behaviour of the HO ?? there must be something , 26 week inself is too much but 52 weeks and no reply is not acceptable.

Question is we are not asking HO to provide free or subsidised service we are paying more than the cost still we are treated this way ?

1 Employee Roles ( a4 sheet you have to write)
2 Payslips ( copies)
3 FPS / RTI (hmrc submission provided by accountant - money soft reports are preferred)
