It's asking for my biometrics which I gave/enrolled in the first application which they said they were going I use for this application. So I had to go do it again. The letter also had the date as “DATE AS POSTDATE”. I made the application in late August. How and when did you submit your biometrics...

My Application Flr/fp have been granted on 6th Jan 2021. Made Application on 26th April 2020. Its been a long time but I am thankful to God that he has turn my sadness to happiness. Its been 3.5 months since I applied for my Mrs FLR FP partner route visa 3rd extension. Done biometrics on 7 October. I even involved my MP to expedite our application, but no use. 2. Wrong. A parent claims child benefit NOT the child. If the parent has "no recourse to public funds" on their brp card, the CANNOT claim ANY benefits.
