FLR FP 3rd extension, 10 years Partner route:
Submitted Documents via Sopra Steria -
25 September 2020
Biometrics / Submission: Glasgow 7-10-2020
Decision – Waiting
BRP received - Waiting

Don't know how it's gonna take, current timeline is pretty quiet. :(

I have not paid any fee or submit the application completely yet, so can I make another ID and start another application from the beginning?

Thanks
Regards
Yes. Doing so will be more sensible.
Thank you

Re: Priority service & Super priority service

An active online application remains 'live' for about 10 weeks before it auto deletes if not submitted. Stop listening to 'someone'. The 28 days is something completely different. You complete, submit and pay the form. You then have until the date of your biometric appointment to upload your docume...

It's like fill the form , upload documents and save them every single time. My Mrs FLR fp third extension is due ...

Re: Priority service & Super priority service

It's actually 3rd extension , previously 2nd extension done through same day service in Glasgow, conveniently in less than 2 hours, back in 2018.

However crona wasn't there back than. 😅

Priority service & Super priority service

A silly question: Anyone has any idea, when will the ‘priority service’ and ‘super priority service’ will start for in-country visa applications like FLR (FP)?

Re: Early FLR (FP) visa extension

Hi everyone,

Sorry asking same question again.

Can my wife apply early FLR FP visa extension 4 / 5 months before her current visa will expire?

We only need a year to cover her long residence 10 years in UK . Therefore applying extension now or later on will make no difference at all.

Re: Short of 2 months Visa for 10 year Long Residencey ILR

Just stumbled on this post, as years ago I was in the same situation, short of 39 days for making my 10th anniversary. Long story short I didn't apply extension instead applied ILR on SET LR. That was back in 2014.

Good luck

Re: British citizenship after ILR (Long Residence)

That's brilliant and a very good news, and I wasn't aware of that rule at all. I always thought she would need to wait 12 months after attaining her ILR. Thanks again
