No she is not as well and wont be until a full UK divorce takes place and a Decree Absolute is obtained. Only after A DA is issued can a person legally remarry someone else.Any Islamic marriage or divorce is not acceptable in teh UK.

She went back to India in Jan-2016 and we are now applying for her settlement visa. I have the following queries: 1...

Re: Pakistan spouse Visa application help.

There is a shortage of Adjudicators (judges) hence the long delays for Appeals now a days. As CR001 said it would have been quicker to reapply instead of appeal but as we don't know what your reason for Refusal is, its difficult to advise whether to wait longer or reapply again straightaway

Re: Help!

Speak to your local MP and ask him to contact UKBA on your behalf to see what delay is. 12 weeks is a long time to wait for response. If you have the Adjudicators decision in writing, there is no harm you sending a copy of it direct the BHC in the country where your son applied ( just in case UKBA h...

Re: Sponsored Family Visitor Visa

I think you need to show show clear evidence ( documented) that your parents will return home after the visit as that is the No 1 reason for refusal, rather than what your posting about( which I don't think will be a problem by the way).
