Re: Judicial Review/Home Office decision Questionable.

I think it depends on your intentions whether you want to live in this country or you want to leave this country. in Judicial review your lawyer will convince judge that you should be given the right of appeal and once you have right of appeal then you will be in position to fight your case. And app...

Re: Director Salary Investment Yes or No

@ Olasunkanmi
Ok thanks for reply. I thought the extension criteria is different.
So does that means that dividends taken by directors can be counted as investment? Because company is paying his directors and comapany as a separate legal entity can pay his directors dividends.

Re: A Challenging Question for a Finance Professional

@ cancerian, my advice is that you stick with the same contract format that you got rejected on and fight it out at the tribunal. It might be a good idea to get a good barrister to represent you. You can use this case (link below) as reference to your case as its almost the same refusal reason and ...

Re: Director's salary and investment

Guys I think the point 'money already spent' in policy guidance is referring for intial application for Tier 1 Entp; and as people who will apply for their extension theer will be different set of rules for extension applications, i think. So in my view you can claim the directors salary in extensio...

Yes you can use rent as your investment but in your case i think you need to apportion the rent according to rooms per house and how much portion of your room or house you are using for your business.

Your annual income should be 18600 Per annum and it has certain guidelines and rules about this threshold, I would suggest you either go and have a look at policy guidance your self or consult a lawyer.

Unfortunately, your application has been refused by the decision maker because he/ she feel that your contract has no start date or the start date is not clear and precise. You have two options: 1). If you or your solicitor can argue that the contract is an acceptable an...
