Re: ILR PEO deferred Apps - Further checks/Additional docs c

All of you guys waiting because of UKBA incompetence, did you request your passports/BRPs back ?

Surely, no one can just leave it like that. What about refund of the PEO fee?

Re: ILR (SET O) form Query regarding section 6

I have the same query.

But my guess is the same as yours. It might be the date when Tier1 General starts and then periods away from UK from thereof.

RSU - Different from Dividend?

Hi all, I was paid some RSU and the RSU earnings, gross and net (minus tax and NI ) are clearly displayed on my payslip. However, if I read the SET(O) application form pg. 37 says: If earnings from any one source have been paid in more than one way (for example payment for a period of employment by ...

Re: Payslips confirmation letter - Letter Date?

I have another related query:- We are allowed to claim earnings on any consecutive 12 months from last 15 months. If we do not claim the immediate last 12 months, the last payslip will not be within 1 month of the application date which is not fulfilling the section 11 'documents ' requirement in SE...

Re: Payslips confirmation letter - Letter Date?

Wouldn't the date of the letter be after the payslips by default. I mean you have payslips for, say 3 months for end of January, end of February and end of March. The letter would confirm these are genuine electronic payslips. The letter of confirmation would then be dated sometime this month in Ap...

Re: Payslips confirmation letter - Letter Date?

OK thanks guys.

What about a letter with all the monthly gross salaries in it ? On company headed paper and signed.

Will that suffice ?

Just that my letter is dated 19th March and my PEO appointment is 22nd ! !

Hello,

Does the payment confirmation letter need to be within one month of the PEO appointment date?

I know it has to be this for the payslip but what about the letter ?

Many Thanks

Re: Confusion on what is a court conviction?

This issue , traffic offences, have been discussed to death on the forum and I am beginning to lose patience with guys like you who do not take time to research the forum before posting questions! A CD10 ( Driving without due care and attention) is classed as an FPN. This is not, I repeat IS NOT, a...

Latest date on any document for ILR?

Hello,

I know the bank statements for salary and maintenance should within 1 month of date of application but this also applies to all other documents?

E.g. I have company travel letters for business travel from last year. Would they be ok ?

You will need to tick 7.3 as NO
I think 7.3 is the only place mentioning a civil penalty, correct? I will tick that as 'yes' and provide details of the FPN.

Hi saga, I have similar case, three years back I was detained for 12 hours and then give a temporary admission. I will be applying my ILR next month, my lawyer said it shouldn't be any problem. OK but I think it's good to disclose it anyways. Any idea which column to fill in for this type of inform...

Hello,

Obviously this year P60 would come after April.

What can be an alternative to give for ILR application. HMRC cannot provide any letter for this. The only record they have is till April 2014.

Thanks.
