so in order to settle down in Canada for a British national is there a time limit a person a can stay from UK?

for eg, if the person has to stay in Canada for 5 yrs to get a Canadian citizen, does that put any questions on the British nationality?

Hi
I applied at NCS with JCAP , however I checked with my bank , they can see a request for only AN application fee. Just wondering if its normal? I was advised at NCS that both payment will be taken as one (£1236+£72ish).
