There shouldn't be a problem as you finished your course less than 12 months ago - assuming you submit an application within the next 10 or 11 months.

If you need to demonstrate £2800 or the equivalent in funds for the last three months, then that is what you will need to show. Unfortunately, it does not appear that you have managed to show this with the information you have provided so far. A couple of points - would the exchange rates for the o...

I'm really trying to find out if he's been treated unfairly by being rejected.. whether it is worth fighting/appealing... whether they can (if they are willing to overcome the pur bureaucracy of it all) overlook a 3 week gap between work permits, as he has been in the same employment for 7 years......

It would have to be gross. Otherwise, given the high(er) rate of taxation in the UK, hardly anyone would qualify for the scheme.

As the others have said, I don't think this will be acceptable. You will need to have a certificate, unless you are awaiting your graduation ceremony. You can try submitting your application without it, but I'd suspect that it may well be rejected on that front. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....

Good Luck!

Re: Whether we are eligible to apply for ILR in person

No, it seems that you are under Tier1 scheme now. Anyway, these rules that allow HSMP holders to apply for ILR in person are valid till 6th of April only, I doubt you will succeed in getting an appointment before that date. After the 6th, no one will be able to apply for ILR in person, neither HSMP...
