It does. Appendix A of the immigration rule is amended to include genuine earning test and both T1 (G) extension and ILR sections refer to Appendix A for points scoring. How will this extra change affect those who apply for IRL under tier1 G then? Do we need to prepare any extra documents? Any thou...

Does the policy guidance say that income in the preceding 12 months must be from the same employer? Thanks Sam! The thing is that my application is due in March 2014 and I will lose my job in December (already got the notice). My earning has already far more than quested amount so I will score enou...

Change Job just before ILR application -- Does it matter

Hi Guys

If I use 11 months payslips from previous employer and the 12th from the new company. Will it cause any problem or complicate the case? Given that I will have the enough score.

Many Thanks! :-)

Thanks, silver line. :) I admit I'm still quite worried about the potential 'no job' situation, because I've read a few cases on here where people's ILR applications were refused as they weren't seen as 'economically active' enough. where did you see these cases? Please share the information.

Do you think it is the change of employer that caused the delay? Or something else? As there were much more complicated cases that were approved on the day comparing just change the employer. To be honest, you should be kept out of this country. It is dangerous to drive without a license and speeding. And you have been caught more than once! You are putting other people's lives in danger and one accident can easily destroy a whole family! There are lots of things that I don't agree with ...

Depending on the reason it has been delayed? Expect longer if PEO decide to carry out document verification i.e invoices.

It is in their hands now and try to lead a normal life (I know easy said than done) but time will pass faster if you just ignore it for as long as you can.

Good luck!
