Re: ILR LR Application

The OP is not showing his own employment history but that of his partner and only to prove that the partner was exercising treaty rights in the UK through employment. Why does UKVI need to find out the number of hours worked or the tax paid?

Re: Cannot change thread title (First post subject not edita

Anyone can view "new" posts - there is no need to create a new topic with a new title to enable anyone to view your "new" question(s). Neither do you need to edit the topic title to seek answer to a new question posted in the topic - that would make the rest of the topic irrelevant if you use the sa...

No.

Duplicate on the statement means an exact reproduction of the original issued earlier. In other words, a reprint of the original.

You can edit a post only within 15 minutes of posting it. It is only during those 15 minutes that you will be able to see and use "EDIT" button.

Re: ILR LR Application

Only original documents will be accepted, as clearly mentioned in the application form. So you don't have original P60s / payslips and been given to understand that "employment history" may not work. Well, how do you propose to fulfill the requirements then? Isn't the very knowledgeable person knowl...

Re: ILR Application Enquiry

Reading FAQs for ILR - Tier 1G/Tier 2/WP/HSMP - Read before posting will help. Visa premium service centres I wouldn't advise you to seek answers to your queries from UKVI helpdesk. They are (in)famous for providing inaccurate answers. I believe that forums such as this one are a much better resourc...

Include your wife as your dependant (and also child(ren), if you have any) in the SET(O) form that you will use to apply for settlement.

Oops!
Looks like I missed reading the "ILR" at the end of your query posted yesterday. My apologies!

Let's assume you'll be applying on 01-June-2016 - any absences before the 5 year qualifying period (31-May-2011) are irrelevant.

Reading FAQs for ILR - Tier 1G/Tier 2/WP/HSMP - Read before posting will help.

Re: Is a biometric card now required for re-entry into UK?!

You don’t have to transfer your visa - you can carry both your old and new passports when travelling to or from the UK instead. AIUI: 1. There is still no need to transfer visa (which is now issued as a biometric card rather than a vignette glued to your passport) to a new passport for travelling i...

Consult a competent financial / tax professional to determine how much tax is due. 2. Pay any tax that is d...
