I contacted home office and they asked me to email citizenship.support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk. I contacted them last week but have not he...

I hope we could make a pretty strong case that her future lies back in the UK, simply by stating that we would be back there already rather than in a third country if her residency wasn't an issue. I doubt that would cut it for you. Hence my request to book NCS and speak to them first, whenever you...

Re: UK Naturalisation/ Citizenship; EU Citizen; 4 Years Stud

I am guessing student years need some special requirements to be fulfilled, if coming from EEA route, e.g. Comprehensive Sickness Insurance, funds etc. But I was not from EEA route so would await further replies. Good luck.

Re: Naturalisation for dependent child born outside the UK

It will be upon discretion, normally both parents and child must hold ILR status, if other parent does not hold ILR then its upon discretion and these days according to few member's feedback in forum, this discretion is no longer practised if other parent is not on ILR. Please click here for more in...

In your case it is straightforward, but it could be the multiple names in that fields, e.g. basis of stay marriage but also worked, etc. So I wouldn't moan that much :) I would agree to members in this link that EEA folks have it easier than non-EEA route folks. Besides, citizenship is a privilege n...

NICOP with new name should suffice. Get tickets on British Passport and show NICOP on airport in Pakistan.

My wife got council letter before approval letter, which came two days after council letter. But I had already booked private ceremony at the receipt of council letter. So they can come before or after each other. Not to worry, just book ceremony, and congratulations. :)
