Thanks for reply. Would you suggest me to email them and check whether they have issued me the letter and I haven't recieved it or it's under process? Any thoughts? Thanks. It very rarely gets lost. Re: Child Born in UK to Parents not having ILR as yet

Personally I think you will be taking a risk as until you are granted ILR, your child is bound to go with your visa status i.e. dependant, if you are changing your job. Situation is different for Tier 1 as you don't need to change visa status with change of job.

Yes, I have applied for the reconsideration along with the right certificate and the application fee which is already deducted from my account. Then you dont have to worry, since you will be returning to UK anyway, so just put on AN form the country you'd be making your home on your return (England/Scotland/Northern Ireland/Wales). Good luck.

Re: British Citizenship for Child

In other words. You have applied for British Citizenship, if child's other parent (if you are a father then child's mother) also has ILR/ILE, then you can apply for Child's Registration as per vinny's post.

Re: Travelling post citizenship application

No you can't, NCS is for checking and submitting your application. You have nothing to submit at NCS. Remember that NCS is not part of Home Office. You will need to request your documents back as advised and wait to see what happens after that. Hi CR001, It means, I have to request HO to take a pho...

Then why should some one penalised? Personally I think you are correct, one shouldn't be penalised if you had made an applica...
