Question 3.10 Form AN Sep 2013

The above question was recently inserted into the new version Form AN Sep 2013. I am bit concerned about a caution I received. It was a Police caution in Dec 2003 for shop lifting and was verbal warning and I can't remember whether they gave me a paper or not. I'll appreciate valuable advise from Mo...

Official TSO 3rd Edition, Life in The UK Test SmartPhone App

Dear Fellow Members, I have a deep concern about this mobile app. My wife has recently studied and practiced, LIUK Test using TSO Official 3rd edition smart phone App. Her aggregate after 3-4 weeks practice on mock tests was 99-100%. Today when she went for test, the test contained totally different...

Once again thanks for the support. She been a Nationality Advisor doesn't have clear understanding of a specific provision. I'll wait for her to reply, because I think they may refuse my application for being too early even if the law allows me to apply. And also my local MP has made further represe...

Claiming Benefits while Spouse ILR due in 6 Months.

I applied for ILR in July 2012 and 3 weeks after applying I lost my job. I was granted ILR in Feb 2013, 7 months after applying and been jobless for all this period until now. I had lost golden opportunities due to the fact I didn't have confirm status in the country and no passport, most recently a...
