Thank you so much for your precious advices. People mean those who applied for their parents. Yes I ignored them. Many were discouraging me they wouldnt get visas. It is tough etc. I said they will get and I need for genuine cause.

Thank you so much! Yes, everything has been organised including family ties and finances plus properties. People are suggesting that mention as minimum stay as you can but genuinely I need them for minimum 8 weeks for care and support.

I waited for long to get the answer even the student advisor didn't have a clue what should be put there. I then clicked on No. Will it affect my wife visa!? Should I put a note in the check list documents that actually by mistake I clicked No which suppose to be Yes. Thanks

If you are here in the UK for ten years or more, you then do not need to rely on marriage settlement, you should apply straightaway for ILR.
