Re: Stamp4EUFAM holder visit to Hungary

Thanks Dana.

However, many immigration officers from different EU countries are not aware of Stamp4EUFAM. Is there any legal documentation that I could take?

If the EUFAM holder is traveling with or joining their EU citizen spouse then they can travel without a visa.

Re: Extension stamp 4 eufam

Always apply for EU3 application atleast 6 months before the expiry of your current Stamp4EUFAM. It's even mentioned in their website. I applied 7 months before the expiry and my EU3 application is still pending, 7 months gone. My employer requested me to provide a new stamp 4, so I immediately cont...

Re: Stamp 4 on passport

Yea I did get the stamp on my passport before getting the IRP. The immigration officer was kind enough as my case is genuine and I submitted EU3 application 7 months ago without being issued any temporary permission.

I suggest wait for 2 week until you get IRP.
