Re: Documents : Passport Application

Hey all, I was looking at the documents for passport application and apparently they want original correspondence or utility bills etc for proof of name and address. Following are my questions please: - As most documents I have are electronic these days, will they accept printed copies from online?...

Re: Has anyone received an invite for June 2022 ceremony

Ugh, checked my post box and still nothing, I was very hopeful considering it's Friday. What if Postman lost it? do they use registered post at least? 😭😭😭 I am obsessing over it now. Is it possible that even if I paid, i might have been placed for December ceremony? I feel you. I was in the...

Re: Has anyone received an invite for June 2022 ceremony

Delighted i found this forum. I paid on 18th of May, acknowledgement received on 20th, still waiting for my invitation, but after reading all this, I am bit hopeful but still a little anxious. Someone mentioned they paid and sent DECLARATION on the same day. What declaration? I only submitted the o...

Re: Has anyone received an invite for June 2022 ceremony

Got the invite today! Dated 7th June 1230pm registration. Those who haven't received yet don't panic, these seem to be being sent in waves depending on registration time. Not sure if there are 2 or 3 ceremonies in Killarney on this day but i'll bet theres a few more invites to be received yet. Me t...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Received confirmation of payment email "A Citizenship Certificate Fee was processed on 20/05/2022. You will receive a letter from this office in due course regarding the final stage of your Citizenship application." Is this the same wording as received by others? No mention of June ceremony. I am h...

Re: Has anyone received an invite for June 2022 ceremony

They are cutting it fine! Did they give any hint as to whether you should expect an invite yourself Raja or was it as vague as ever? Yo It was a generic response stating that ‘invitations’ will be issued in coming days. So all of us I suppose those got recent approvals should be getting bulk invita...

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

I'd be gutted too, especially after dangling that carrot at us in their 'approval' letters. Not emailed them, I think they specifically mention they won't answer any enquiries about invitations. I might try that next week when we'll be under 2 weeks to go if nothing yet received. Monday is bank hol...

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

When would invitations normally go out? It seems odd that with just over 2 weeks to go no-one seems to have received anything. Not much time left to confirm travel plans etc God only knows. Looking at 2017 Timeline, people got the invitation around 2 weeks before the ceremony. So it should be soon ...

I was approved on 13/5/22 and paid 15/5/22, still nothing via post or email regarding the ceremony invitation. 12 working days ago. Will give it another week. I have booked accommodation anyway for Killarney on the Sunday night as well as the day off work on 21st June, so I'm pre-empting it will go...
