No one can tell you what will be the outcome. But be positive you will be fine, if you don't have any criminal convictions. Most of 7 year child cases winning in court. Do flr (fp) private life 10 years route visa extension need a English language test? Its very confusing on online application to fill the form for a extension of 10 years route visa.

There is no maintenance fund and no English language test required for flr (fp) application.

European Health Insurance Card

Hi Forum,
I want to apply European Health Insurance card for my british child to go Europe School holiday Trips. Child on its own can't apply, need to apply by parients on the behalf. We (parents) only got a 2.5 years leave to reamin. Do we able to apply this for our child?

Hi forum,
When I applied on flr (fp) extension on 21/12/2016, I sent my child british passport for our application. Still waiting for decision, but my child need a passport for school trip. Is there anyway I can ask home office return my child passport.
Need a suggestion please.

I think you need to be asking your solicitor why they aren't doing more than just sending a reminder to HO. Two years, even for the Home Office, is totally unacceptable. It's an FLR(FP) visa app yes? I had to remind my lawyer 2 times to send the reminder! He doesn't even care -_- Yes it's FLR(FP) 7...

My first time solicitor referring postal application for extension.
He told me flr(fp) extension application not allow premium services. He said if someone grant outside immigration rules not allow premium service for extension.
