My first time solicitor referring postal application for extension.
He told me flr(fp) extension application not allow premium services. He said if someone grant outside immigration rules not allow premium service for extension.

apply on the same route like before family life route and better explain in writing, its totally upto them, what they do? apply as soon as possible.

But When I enter details in calculate how much you need to pay for IHS? it comes £100 for me and £100 for my wife. Does IHS depends how much tax you paying for work? If good tax payers, HO give a some discount for IHS, I don't know.

Hi all,
Can I use premium service for flr(fp) 10 years route settlement extension? Initally I got a 2.5 years leave to remain. Because of my british child we (me and mywife ) got a 2.5 years leave to remain.
