hi

If an EEA national is applying PR with his non EEA national family member then is it necesary that both of them must have exercise treaty rights in the UK or the Home Office is only concern EEA national treaty rights to consider PR application??

My friend has passed Trinity English Language B1 25th July 2014
He is now applying for naturalisation in UK
Will he need to sit in new exam or previous B1 will be ok for naturalisation??

he is legal since 2010 and no absence and does fulfilment all requirements as well

the 3rd child was not born in UK .When child came to UK as Tier 1 Dependent in March 2013 he was 16 years old and he has spend 2 years in UK as dependent .does it make any different if he just spent 2 years as dependent not 5 years?
