Re: Online application now asking for 12 months of payslips

Hi I've been completeing a UK spouse visa application for someone outside of the UK (Bangladesh) for the past couple of weeks and when I logged in today, there was a message saying the application form has been updated by UKVI. I noticed they rephrased one of the questions and at Declaration they a...

Re: Fiance(e) visa bank statement query

I might be overthinking this so I've decided to ask this question to get some more perspective. I have a bank statement printed and stamped in branch which covers 6 full months and a partial month (it goes up to the date of printing), the full months each have a salary payment but my salary hasn't ...

Re: a Typo

Hi I just realised that I put the last digits of my gross income the other way around (£xx995 instead of £xx559) on the main application. However, I put this the correct way on Appendix 2. We are about to do the biometric this week and were wondering if it is worth canceling the application and put...

Re: Spouse visa priority service 17 june 2019 any 1 similar to me

I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve read timelines where they haven’t received the confirmation email and only heard when the visa was granted. How did you apply? Have you contacted UKVI? My solicitor applied for me. Every time I contact UKVI, they tell me the same thing: application in being considere...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Hi I think I saw your comment on another post and you asked about appendix 2 but it’s locked. Did you manage to find out if it was required? Thanks I paid initially for an Immigration Adviser (they came recommended) and she advised that if applying through AccessUK, Appendix 2 is not required. WRT ...

Re: Supporting Documents - Help Needed

Hi I am little confused as I seem to be getting conflicting information. I used the VFS service to scan in my supporting documents for my spouse visa application. This was done BEFORE the bio-metrics appointment. Having been told they do not consider any supporting documents received until AFTER th...

Re: Where to hand the evidence in?

Thank you so much for your reply. We have applied via the visa4uk website as we didn't know of any other way. Do you know of any other way we could find more information? Also, could I ask what happens about the health and language certificates? My wife currently has these certificates in Thailand ...

Re: Where to hand the evidence in?

Hi guys/girls Me and my wife are in the final stages of submitting our application for her to settle in the UK. She's Thai, pregnant, and been sick with travelling to Bangkok for the health and language tests. My question is, does it matter or change anything where we submit our evidence? I've seen...

My partner submitted his application last night and I attended the VFS Centre in Shoreditch, London today to submit the supporting documents. Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

He’s got his biometric appointment tomorrow so i’ve asked him to try and find out, will let you know. It’s annoying how little info there is, even solicitors I’ve seen were unsure about the new process. Hi hope it all went okay. Did your partner manage to ask at all? Thanks Hey he was told you can ...

Re: Spouse Visa Questions

Hi In regards to the uploading of documents, I felt that it would be a peace of mind just paying the 75 pound fees and Vfs upload the documents for you. From what I can remember my solicitor filled in the application form online and we had to upload a document to go further on in the application so...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

From what I’ve read on here Access UK is the new site but both websites are still in use. I selected Appendix FM. Oh ok does it not recognise your reference number? I’ve booked for mirpur otherwise could have asked my husband to ask them, can still try? Might be worth trying to read through old thr...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Yeah as long as you’re not in any rush although looking at people’s timelines previously I don’t think they took too long to post back. Which centre in Pakistan? I applied via Access and after submitting the form and paying IHS the gov site has a button to book biometrics then that redirected me to...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Ah ok sorry I’m just going by what I’ve read on the forum and people having their docs sent back and told to upload online. If your letter said to send it then follow that and worst case they’ll post it back to you and advise. Send it special or signed for delivery though and pre-paid one for them ...

Re: Urgent Access UK and Supporting Documents

Did you apply using visa4uk or Access UK? As far as I know visa4uk you have to take it to VFS For scanning and Access UK you can do either but most people have trouble uploading on the website myself included (only half of docs uploaded then kept coming up with errors). You cannot post to Sheffield...
