current situation is that we have stopped CTC because of increase in income, can we tick NO to that option?
do we still needs to send bank statements with application showing those old CTC into acc.

i was extending her leave from last 4 yrs but now i have got ILR on basis of 10 yr.
so does she has to spent another 5 yrs on FLR M to get ILR and then naturilasation.
am i right?

my daughter was born in india . came here as pbs dependent
now i have ILR as SET LR,

can she now apply for naturalisation?

my wife is still on pbs dependent, in process of swithing to flr M.

If I apply for Child tax credit in joint name then at the time of applying ILR for my wife and kids what will I write in Section 5 page 17 question 5.5-
Are you receiving any public funds? y or no

we r claiming tax credit in joint names and cb in my name.

u have been clearly advised in simple english by zimba and cr001, but i guess u r in mood to do smthing wrong and waste ur 10 yrs of struggle, again best option for u is to just follow zimba advice and not to create ur own theories just go 4 ur tier 1 extension and then vary, BOLuck.. You never know...

sorry to hear unfortunately there is no other way out, u lose fees if u withdraw, u dont care if its emergency or whatever. have u rcv ur docs back?? I applied for indefinite leave to remain (SET (LR)) on the 3/01/2017 and on the 14/01/2017 my dad died. I attempted calling the UKBA on the 17/01/2017...
