Surely the letter states anything that may be needed. So many questions on this Forum would not be asked, if the authorities only ask for what is mentioned on the guidelines/letters. It is because they sometimes ask for things not mentioned, hence my question to draw from people's previous experien...

i did try to call them the day after i got my approval letter.. but they said they dont actually book ceremonies.. they will send the invitation letter automatically On the approval letter it will show the preferred council you mentioned when you made the application and the number you should call ...

You have to phone to book the ceremony and they send you a email confirmation. That is how I got mine.

Hi Linkers,

You can apply on any date after 24th April 2013, provided you were in the country five years from that date.
Example if you applied on 24th April 2013, you should have been present in the country on 24th April 2008.

I think it depends on the NCS, hence from the inputs from members it is better to take more paperwork to the appointment rather than less and be sorry.
