First Tier Tribunal

Hi All,
Could anyone please shed some light on the waiting time for the appeal to be heard at First-Tier Tribunal once the relevant fee has been paid along with the submission of documents.

Any ideas? If his/her current permission is still valid, he/she can go into the immigration office directly and request the permission to be changed . One of my friend case is in court, he get the letter for out of court settlement offer and 7000 euro cost refund by INIS. You are under obligation to inform them if your absences are more than 6 weeks EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION.
you can find that information on their website.
As long as you inform them and give them reasonable explanation, I can’t see any issue .

As Kapsuer suggested above , your best move would depend on your spouse. If she comes back and start exercising her rights for sometime (it is vague as of now) , you may apply for new residence card and also insist INIS to rescind your revocation , this way you would able to apply for naturalisation...
