Re: Varying a Tier 2 dependant extension application to an ILR

You can try for Super Priority as i have not read anywhere which can stop you from doing so. Before during PSC appointments it was mentioned not to apply when waiting for a decision.

You are risking £610 which is worth trying in my opinion. Otherwise HO will consider it as a standard application.

Re: Evidence required for SET(LR) long residence 10 years route

As you fill the form it will ask you to provide evidence of your specific circumstances. I’m also applying soon. If you are married then it ask for Marriage cert and Corresspondance for last two years. If you have children it will also ask for Birth Certificates etc. I found online form simpler.

Re: SET(LR) Date of Application(When to submit online app)

One more question to ask,

Should i apply FLR(M) for my wife at the same time as me or wait until i get my decision. Because there is no point of making super priority appointment for her on 19th.

Please advice

At least until there is more clarity and because appointments will be available within 5 days of online submission and many more centres that the old premium service, I would suggest you apply online on or after 19 January.
Thank you, I will keep checking the changes.

Re: SET(LR) Date of Application(When to submit online app)

Thank you CR001 for your suggestion, " You should not apply before you are eligible as the date of application is considered to be the day you submit your online application ". In this scenario, I must wait until 19th of January to submit an application and try to get appointment same day or the nex...

Vary of Application under new system

Dear Members/Moderators,

Got this question from one of my friend, He has already applied for Tier 2 extension and will be eligible for SET(LR) in January 2019. He will vary his application if he didn't get any decision by then. Just curious what will be the procedure for it.
