Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR

You've applied within allowed grace period of 28 days, If it was 29 days then you would be been an overstayer and eventually refused.

Please wait for other senior members to share their view on this.

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR

Hi

As far i can see you should be fine, 28 days from 13 June is coming to 11 Jul 2013.

Your visa would have been refused in first place if it was out of time.

Re: BRP Card missing for one dependent

[BBvideo=560,315][/BBvideo]

You can contact Courier Company(mostly Dx) customer care to help you track your missing BRP.

In our case, My Business partner's dependant BRP was somehow sent to her old address.

Or wait until 10 working days from the date of approval and contact UKVI.

I hope it helps.

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur ILR settlement

ILR discussion on ALL categories will have to be continued on the ILR forums. This will make it much easier to moderate the topics. Tier 1E forum should remain for getting Tier 1E initial/extension visas. Also during the ILR stage, most Tier 1E applications should be very familiar with the requirem...

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur ILR settlement

Dear marcnath May I know the other forum? https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/ But it is for all ILR issues, so tough to find specific T1 issues. I think ILR for T1E would be best served within this forum as it is very different from others, but that decision is up to the m...

Re: Tier 1 Ent ext refused (caseworker error) Applied for AR

Apply for AR then prepare for a fresh application.
Inject required funds from your personal account
Or declared third party.Although, It's not guarenteed HO will accept new investment as your visa is expired already and they consider only granted period.

Re: Tier 1 Ent ext refused (caseworker error) Applied for AR

Ideally, you should have invested via your personal account.Rules require you to invest. In your case, money invested by declared third party during initial application and accepted by HO. There is no harm in arguing in AR, As ukbiz asked, if funds transferred by your declared third party are 50k t...

thanks,
Few softwares show up the repeated dates of starters as you mentioned.

Logically, Start Date(First Month of respective Employee) on FPS is enough.
