I applied on 28th of April n still waiting. I fax letter to HO to speed up ma application yesterday. hi thaman. i dont think that u should fill sec 3 c n specially if u r below 75...s what i think it might hit to their eyes.....if it was exceeding that i dont think there is ne harm..otherwise dont fill sec 3 at all n put the covering letter with JR conclusion... but still i will invite others to pu...

i think melyni is not at all correct..
The procedure of home office states that once the payment has been charged..they sent application to HSMP team and generate reference number, which they respond to the applicant through the post....

hi all, just wondering if u put ur views on PRE NOV., 2006 cases. As we all know that we won the case and while submitting an application we have to sent a copy of JR. But i have a question ...so Do we have to fill section 3 C as this section is also points based and as per JR..we should be conclude...
