Re: Query about docs required

My RTI FPS does not show payee reference. And its not so easy to regenerate all one year and so FPSs in money soft provided you need to include pensions, correct tax codes, NI codes etc too. I spent half day this time to generate 2. And strangely once u do one FPS, software will not take data for 2n...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Hi, I have mistyped dates due to stress. Correct dates Both employees 1st July 2017 to 30th June 2018 (12 months, 130hrs every month) FPS generated by accountant with dates 6th July2017 to 5th July2018 I regenerated them by myself with correct dates. But data on HMRC should be same as accountant's s...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

That is payroll documentation error, it’s not a big deal. Everyone makes payroll error all the time. You can write a small letter and put your case I’d and upload to HO immediately. If its payroll error, should not i ask HMRC to correct it instead dealing with UKVI. Tier11417, its from 1st july 17 ...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Yes you are right. But my concern is different. My accountant provided me RTI FPS which shows start date as 6th July 2017 and end date as 5the August 2018. But my employees actually started on 1st July 2017 and ended on 20th June 2018. My accountant was not able to regenerate it with my required dat...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

RTI FPS generated by accountant should be same as HMRC though my accountant claimed as its only few days so will not be an issue but u never know with UKVI. There had been error on pension provider system who sent me wrong letter stating i owe them money from July 2018 to Dec 2018 and when i discuss...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Hi Forum members, I think i have got a very serious problem now and need your help to sort it out. My 2 employees worked between 1st July2017 to 30th June 2018. their RTI FPS states 6th July2017 to 5th July2018 due to pay cutoff date. I assumed if 5th July is written as end date, i should technicall...

Re: Ent Tier1 to ILR

The list of documents is good. You have more than required job hours. You can add jobs separately. I did not see anyway of adding multiple employees under one employee info. But i did not look for it so tahts why did not notice it. i did not come across any question asking no of hours worked/week? G...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Yes you are right, i was told at Sopra that i was first to apply in this category or at least for that guy who dealt with my documents. I had explained to him about this route and believe he will deal next case in much more efficient way. The waiting time is frustrating though. I always wonder why U...

Re: Entrepreneur Tier 1 extension to ILR need Help

I think u need Maintenance only for ur wife.Alas i did not know that kids cant be considered as over stayers; i applied for my 3 kids at extension time and paid their visa fee and health surcharge which went wasted.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant

You can register your son for British citizenship once u get ur ILR. Your wife will continue her PBS dependent visa until she completes her five years. U will need to send personal bank statements if ur wife is applying at the same time to fulfil PBS dependent visa requirements.

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Yes u are right, there was no caption and there was no file names either. The Sopra guy had to look twice in my documents to confirm few documents. Yes i can see the total number of files uploaded and if i upload one more, it increases overall numbers likewise.

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

Yes u said last time that i cant do it after 10pm but i can still access it. But i think once they have verified documents, it should have transferred to UKVI and whatever we do now with documents will stay at Sopra website only and will have no link to UKVI. How come u are able to access it as u ha...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) to ILR

And the guy at desk did not know that Sopra charge £35 for document verification and neither he knew that some appointment slots ask for extra money (i found it very strange though). He was very talkative and kept asking me about my work. he also said that he is not interviewing me but found my work...

It went well. I arrived 30 min earlier to appointment. They did not ask for proof of address. I was issued a token and was called after 3 people; 5 min earlier to appointment time. They checked my passport and appointment print and did biometrics. Then put me on wait for 40 minutes because they forg...

Re: Query about docs required

You can easily download software "Moneysoft" and can generate FPS by urself by inputing real data. It can be easy if u have few employees. You just need to put info from Wage slips. Or you can call HMRC to get duplicate FPS (I think i read it on some thread in past that it is doable). If u can get d...
