I received approval today. It took exactly 6 months to me to get approval. Thanks a lot to everyone for their great help especially Zimba, CR001, Tie11417. I could not have done it without your help. Thanks again. Keep making positive difference to other's lives.

I think she held dependent visa before getting her ILR? U don't need to wait for one year. You don't need to register ur marriage here for citizenship application. I have not filed any accounts for 2018-2019 and have no plans to do it until summer. I dont think it has anything to do with visa at this time. Yes he can rectify it now as tax year for 2018 to 2019 will end in April. But accountant cannot amend anything for last year without going through a lot of fuss. You dont need to send English proof if u have already qualified for it at extension time. However it does show up in document checklist which makes it controversial. I think you can refer to extension guide for not sending which is better than sending expired. And it will be unnecessary to sit in ex...

1. I think you can apply now as well. However, wait for advise from others too as i have never done it.
2. Its important document and i will advise you to attach original or stamped.
3. The start date of ur current visa.
4. Absences for last 5 years only.

Old passports can go in travel history section 8.

I would like to add one more thing to above. If u are not ver comfortable with scanning and uploading by urself. You can take your documents to Sopra to do it for u.

I made same mistake. I was asked for additional documents back in December 2013 and this date somehow got stuck in my mind and i wrote it as my visa issuing date though my visa was issued 2 weeks after that date. But i mentioned it in cover letter as i could not correct it once form is submitted.
