The rule is you are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the 5 years end ( calculated from 1st entry into the UK) provided there are no large gaps in your stay. Eg:- if you entered on 01 March 2010 .. ( use the datediff calculator ) you can apply on 1 February 2015 Check the date you entered UK....

No. Unless you have defaulted and caused a lot of issues, the mere fact that you have bank loans and credit card loans will not affect your application.

Passport "as evidence " for lawful residence. This means that your passport _usually_ has in/out stamps to confirm that the days of absence as claimed by you in the application form I applied as Indian but my previous passports were lost.
